Baby octopus



Grilled baby octopus – although octopi could be an actually valid plural form that I would totally support – saffron mash, roasted red pepper and chorizo crumble, caper tomato sauce.

Disclaimer: use saffron with care and caution. In Spanish cuisine it is revered for its colour and flavour, but too much and it will quickly become very… dirt-y.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE octopus. Try it !!!
